Remembering a great racer

We lost a great racer. Paul Newman has passed on. PLN has always been a great inspiration for me. My first real race car was a Datsun 240Z painted in red/white/blue to mimick his car. I met him at Daytona in 1997 and 1998 and he was the nicest down-to-earth racer I had met. At the track he was always having a good time but took his racing very seriously. He was a great driver with more natural talent than many top paid drivers out there today. The world is a better place because of Paul Newman and he left his mark with me and many generations to come. Rest in peace PLN
